The Natural Capital Committee (NCC) is an independent advisory body that advises the Government on the sustainable use of England’s natural capital: our natural assets.

At the 2020 annual report launch on the 4th Feb, Dieter Helm (Chair) discussed the NCC’s top recommendations including strengthening the #EnvironmentBill, a natural capital approach to #NatureBasedSolutions and the need for a comprehensive baseline of #naturalcapital stocks.

You can find out more about the work of the NCC online and read the NCC’s “Advice on Soil Management”
