Devise 3 or 4 talking points around central theme of ‘Farmers should be paid/punished for the performance/ecoservices of their soil as the UK moves towards an independent agricultural policy.’

House vs House, this house believes. Each house (2 speakers each) given 15 minutes to present pre-prepared argument, 20 minutes of questions throughout debate, 5 minutes for audience vote via Sli.do.
